For iBec Creative owner Becky Stockbridge, running her web development and graphic design company just got a lot more interesting.

After working with Portland-based ActionCOACH Jim Lyon for the past 18-months, Stockbridge has managed to grow her revenue more than double over that period and find success in an industry hard hit by the economic downturn – so much so that her success has landed her in BusinessWeek’s annual feature of the top “Twenty-five U.S. entrepreneurs Ages 25 and Under” in its most recent print and online edition.

“Becky started out in a group coaching program about 18-months ago called ProfitCLUB, and for the last six months has been working in a one-on-one coaching program,” Lyon says. “The recognition is great for her and a real validation of her skills in finding her niche and in being willing to apply the strategies we work on in our coaching every week.”

Lyon, who has been an ActionCOACH Business Coach for the past two-and-a-half years, helped Stockbridge work on a series of lead generation strategies, including a better referral program, while implementing a series of systems to increase efficiencies within the business.

Lyon is now coaching Stockbridge on how to successfully start build, train, and manage her team.

“Becky and iBec are known for creative designs that help clients achieve their business objectives and for outstanding client support and responsiveness” he says. “One of the opportunities we are working on now is setting up the systems and processes to continue delivering iBec’s value proposition to an ever growing list of clients.”
